Booking Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made at least thirty 30 days prior to the client’s reserved date or the client will be responsible for paying the full amount of services agreed upon in this contract. If the bride or any of the guests/bridesmaids decide to cancel the service after signing the contract, the total amount still needs to be paid in full.


In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance that prevents any of the artist from providing the agreed-upon services, I will make every effort to secure a qualified and professional makeup artist to cover the appointment. 


This replacement will be communicated to you promptly to ensure that your needs are met without any inconvenience. All replacement artists will meet the high standards of quality and professionalism that you expect.

LIABILITY

All brushes, tools, and makeup products are sanitized between every makeup application. Makeup products used are hypoallergenic. Any allergies and / or skin conditions should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist (Sahi Bosakova) from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

PAYMENT

The final balance is due on the day of the event before the makeup artist departs — no exceptions. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) whose name(s) appear on this contract. Acceptable forms of payment are: cash, Zelle and Venmo.

Travel Fees


Travel fees are based on distance from ZIP Code 07104:

Within 5 miles: Complimentary

Beyond 5 miles: Travel fee applies (calculated based on distance to your location) + toll fees.


Hotel Accomodation

Hotel Stay Required If:


Your service start time is before 9:00 AM, or

Your location is 2+ hours away (one-way drive)

Hotel accommodation costs will be added to your final invoice after booking confirmation.

Parking Fees

Where parking, valet or toll fees may be incurred. This amount will be included in the final bill and will be due on the day of the event.
